Out of Area registration policy
If you have moved outside our practice boundary, (you can check your new postcode against BOTH practice boundary search functions, found on the home page under ‘Practice Info’) then unfortunately you will need to register with a more local surgery to your new address.
If you are already an Out of Area registered patient, this will continue to be honored. If you change your address back in to our boundary area you will need to be deducted and registered with the Health Authority as a fully registered patient with Heart of Bath.
